What file type is best?
.eps or .pdf with all fonts converted to curves (or outlines) and exported in cmyk color mode. .tif and .jpg also work well providing the resolution of the final print size is no less than 100 dpi.
Can you print from both mac and pc format?
Yes !
Is there a file limitation size that can be uploaded?
100mb is the largest we can receive via our file upload utility. We often receive zipped files which make both the upload and download faster. Also, you can minimize the file upload window, but don't close it until the file is completely uploaded.
How many colors can you print?
As many as you want or need. everything is digitally printed, so we can just as easily print one color, two color or full color and it doesn't cost you any more.
Are the banners strong?
Yes very strong. We print on a heavy duty 13oz scrim banner and reinforce all edges. We also install metal grommets every 2 feet across the top and bottom edges.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
We accept most major credit cards (AMEX, MC, VISA, DISC). You can also pay with PayPal.
TAX:
We are required to charge tax to all orders which are picked up at our store location or shipped to a Florida address. If you have a Florida's re-sellers tax exempt certificate (or other Florida tax exempt certificate) please fax it to: 239-573-7032 so we can process your orders without charging you sales tax.
COLOR MATCHING:
We print your file exactly as we receive it from you. we don't do any color adjusting to your files. Our printers are 6 color systems (C,M,Y,K,LC,LM) and can achieve accurate color matching. Most computer monitors represent colors in RGB mode which can vary from the actual print color. We prefer graphic files to be saved and submitted in CMYK color mode for best color accuracy.
RETURN / REFUND POLICY:
We guarantee our product to meet proper specifications and to be free of any defects. Because most of our products are custom and are produced from the file we receive from our customer we are not responsible for spelling errors or color inaccuracies. However, if we take part in any of the creation of the artwork and failed to provide a e-mail proof, we take full responsibility to reprint and ship in a timely manner, or provide a full refund.
